H	Hemali Godhani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had amazing experience with them! Ambiance is really good. I ordered Cannelloni and pizza which was flavourful and tasty. Cannelloni was stuffed properly with right amount of sauce and pizza was baked perfectly. Complimentary Bread was freshly baked and served with side of garlic butter and cinnamon butter. Good portion of food for the price. Great service with good quality of food. I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect restaurant for dinner date.

J	James Burgess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will start off by saying the good was very good, and would have been a 5 star for food alone. We ordered takeout for my parent's birthday tonight. When I arrived to pick the order up, the food was presented to us along with the machine to pay. I asked where our 3rd pizza was, and we were told nonchalantly "oh, we don't have any more gluten free pizza, sorry". I told the hostess the gluten free pizza is why we ordered from here, and isn't this something that you should have called us about? The hostess said "we tried calling". I asked what number and pulled my phone out to show I had no missed calls. I listed off my number, and the hostess repeated the number off of the order stapled to the bag, but she said the last digit was different. I know we gave the right one, but mistakes happen, so I paid and left. No manager spoke to us when we picked the food up without the complete order, and no effort was made to accommodate other than asking if we "still wanted the rest of the food". I was upset but it happens. When I got home, I checked aforementioned order receipt on the bag and my phone number was correct, so the hostess straight up lied to me and my father's faces as I was trying to figure out what he was going to eat after waiting an hour for the food. I know it was takeout, but this was embarrassing service.

We tried the Spinach and Artichoke dip along with the Cannelloni. They were tasty. For the desserts we ordered a Creme Brulee and a Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry jelly. Both the deserts were not up to the mark, the mousse was bad - seemed it separated and was not frozen at all. The Creme Brulee top layer was not crackling at all. It seemed the deserts were done in a hurry. They were out of Tiramisus at 7.00 on Valentine's day! Sad!! I'd go there again for the food, but avoid deserts. A shout-out to the bar staff who were great servers and made the best non alcoholic Moscow Mules we've drunk till date!

I was disappointed to see that they got rid of this, especially since I have dietary restrictions. ? Overall, probably my favourite restaurant in Kitchener-Waterloo. Del’s never disappoints, between their service and the quality of the food, I am always so happy when I come for dinner. It was great to see everyone back after so long. We haven’t been back in so long since COVID, but their staff did a great job distancing everyone and accommodating to the government rules. Oh! Don’t forget to sign up for their points card, too! You can use it at other locations under the brand to get some money back later down the road. See you again soon!
