★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They want $300 an hour for field support. To talk on the phone about fault codes that are not in the manual they want $300. Parts are incredibly expensive too. Can I rate this lower? Stay away unless you want excessively high repair bills on equipment that usually sits in a caustic environment and frequently breaks.
