D	David Morrin (Scugog) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was impressed with how fast Deep Green Responded to my request for a quote on my front steps that were in dire need of repair. They came over and took a look and he discussed with me that it could be done in half a day with 2 guys. He said he would get back to me in a few days with a quote. After a week had come and gone I decided to touch base and msg him with no response. I tried again 2 more times with no results. I can only assume that perhaps my job was not large enough for him but I have to say as a customer I find this very disheartening. I think good communication is an asset with your clients and in this particular case good customer service was lost. All the best

Excellent customer service, nice people, willing to make changes to the job if needed, reasonable price, quality work. I'd hire them again if I need more work done. They clean up after the job is finished leaving our property looking like the crew really cares about the quality of their work and the good impression they leave behind.

On time every day, impeccable workmanship, answered any questions I had, were very careful and cautious with social distancing and following health precautions. We initially contracted for a deck, retaining wall, patio, and a set of connecting stone steps down the other end of the yard. Each part was priced individually so we could choose how much or how little to do - since his pricing was so good we did it all, and it came out so beautiful. Inspections were a breeze. Speaking of breezes, a few days after everything was complete a wind storm busted a good portion of our fence. I called Justin, and within days he was back on site with a full crew rebuilding it. He called guys in from their winter lay-off to get it done fast and keep the coyotes out of our yard to protect our dogs. Everything finished just in time for the first big snowfall. Pros: quality work, good communication, everything to personal specs and building code, great crew, great service, very responsive communication. Cons: literally nothing bad to say about them. I have recommended Deep Green Landscaping to numerous others in my community, and will continue to do so. I'll also be hiring them again for our front stonework. Really, exceptional all around.

It was a seamless operation from start to finish. The crew always showed up when they said they would and got to work. They all knew what needed to be done, and without hesitation, went about getting it done. Always respectful of not only our property but our neighbouring properties as well. Our neighbours are very impressed with his work and have reached out to him for potential business. We would not hesitate to recommend Justin and his team. Absolutely no complaints from us. Justin was efficient, professional, skilled, kind, and quick to get in and out. His crew was very respectful and hard-working. They replaced our entire fence, ripping down our deck and gazebo, and replacing them with a beautiful new patio. They dealt well with our neighbours and they were all around great people.
