★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best marina with quick access to Indian arm, parking is for boat slip leasees only, if you park here and don't have your car registered it will be towed. First come first serve parking for boat slips, so if it's a long weekend you may have trouble finding parking - go early! They do sell gas, a bit pricier but convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot to store your boat. A few covered spots, no live-on policy, gas pump, helpful staff, fairly good condition for walking docks (occassionally nails rise up and catch your step) Two wheelbarrows to help ferry items to/from car to boat.
Digital lock on gate does not work, i am not sure of the reason. There are dock lights but doesn't seem to have security cameras. We had a piece of our boat taken, no cctv to check!
Beautiful location, harbour seals visit, a short hop to Coquitlam, a couple yacht clubs up Indian Arm, Belcarra, plethora of small islands and a few camping spots near the cove. Its walkable from Deep Cove village. Other nearby amenities include Cates Park, the Power Station, and many beautiful properties.
Spots can include lengthy wait period, but fees are reasonable considering location and accessibility. Live on site manager and custodian. Parking can get hectic on summer weekends, many reserved parking spots so be aware of the space you take up - watch for wildlife.
It would benefit their customers for a tidal lift to hoist up and scrape/maintain the hull. Great spot! Wonderful area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience renting a pontoon with them today. Harry helped us with the reservation and was very accomadating and friendly. Made everything easy for us to carry out with and explained everything very well; it was even his day off too! Boat was working well and very clean. Reception follows safety protocols of BC as well, plenty of sanitation.
