We cannot praise TJ De Villa enough! It started by getting the best mortgage rate from our broker Dyianna De Villa. As first time home buyers, we were cautious when looking for our realtor; it had to be someone we trusted, was knowledgeable, flexible, and someone who could truly understand what we wanted in a home. Not only was TJ attentive to our requests, he took the time to arrange showings at days and times that were convenient for us and helped us to find our perfect home! TJ was knowledgeable and honest. He was quick to reply to our unending questions and he throughly explained each step of the process which really made us feel at ease. I honestly can’t praise De Villa Real Estate Team enough. From the minute I first spoke with Tj I felt I was in good hands. I can’t even recall how much time and patience he had with me through my 8 month process of shopping for a home. He was there every step of the way; providing information and answering every question I could come up with. Both he and Dyianna (Mortgage Broker) were honest about giving opinions even when their opinions were more in my favor than theirs. I always felt my best interest came before anything else. Numerous times Tj even went above and beyond anything I ever would have expected to come within the scope of a Realtor; one example of the many, was when I asked about cost of utilities and he reached out to the owners and was able to get a me a hard copy of previous months utility bills! He well exceeded my expectations and stepped out of his way multiple times to reach out to third parties for advice/knowledge/confirmation on anything he was unsure of. Their team absolutely cares more about quality than quantity. I asked Tj once about signing a Realtor contract as I'd heard many Realtors do, and he said something along the lines of 'no, that is not how we conduct business, if a client is unhappy with our services we do not want them to feel obligated to continue with us'. I can't imagine a single person being "unhappy with their services", but I truly felt those are words that would only come from a top quality business. I will also never forget his words during the early stages of my search for a home when I apologized for flooding him with my first round of questions, as quoted, he said “Don’t be sorry! I want you to be 100 percent educated and confident when you are ready to write an offer on a property!”; and he lived up to every bit of that expectation. I wouldn’t (and haven’t) hesitated for a second to recommend Tj and Dyianna for all their hard work they put in for me.

The team of Tj and Diyanna were terrific throughout the whole buying process! While purchasing my first home I had many questions regarding the process. They continually impressed with their knowledge of real estate/mortgages and were able to explain it clearly to my girlfriend and I. They were very accommodating to our schedules and were always available any time we had appointments or needed help. We were thoroughly impressed with the service we received, and ultimately with the results! Tj found us an amazing home at a great price below market value, and Diyanna managed to get us a fantastic interest rate on our mortgage.
