Reg Nalezyty is an Architect, Professional Engineer, Professional Planner, & Canadian Construction Association certified Project Manager. Past clients included provincial government, municipalities, private sector developers, and numerous general & specialty trade contractors.

In 1998, Reg restructured his practice to focus on offshore project management contracts in the Caribbean basin. The first of these was a Japanese government-funded Fishery Rehabilitation & Reconstruction project in Roseau, Dominica. This was followed by a series of coastal civil works/marine projects icluding a reconstruction of dock structures at the Proctor and Gamble plant, Deepwater Harbour port facility, a cement offloading sea-leg and breasting dolphin design-build project & a 1.6 km long CDB-funded sea wall.

In 2003, Reg was retained as Project Manager directing construction and significant redesign work for a new U.S. Embassy to the Eastern Caribbean, located in Barbados. Upon completion and acceptance of the project by the US State Department, he spent a further nine months assembling and writing a US 6MM construction claim on behalf of the project’s design-builder, who was also its Owner/Landlord. The success of this project led to Reg being retained to prepare a detailed Project Management Policies and Procedures Manual for Dart Corporation, Grand Cayman, WI, for use on the remaining parts of its Camana Bay project, located in Grand Cayman, and its overall construction operations. Other work has included detailed contract documents analysis for Netherlands contractor, Ballast-Nedham, for extension of Carnival Cruises’ pier in Cozumel, Mexico to assist in preparation of their bid, and further contract work for Dart. Reg's most recent projects included forensic analysis and reports for a building envelope failure on a new hospital located in northern Ontario, and risk management assessment consulting for the City of Thunder Bay for a CAD 55M waterfront redevelopment project.
