โ โ โ โ โ The staff were friendly and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. We are moving our daughter to PG for university and our car was packed from floor to ceiling ... A member of their team assisted us in emptying the car when we arrived following our drive from Vancouver. When we offered a tip she declined and said she was happy to help.
The hotel was new and clean and the rooms were functional. The breakfast was simple but fulfilling. We would definitely stay at The Days Inn at 100 Mile House again.

โ โ โ โ โ The rooms are clean and quiet and the staff are wonderful, doing everything they can to make our extended stay comfortable. We came up to 100 Mile to visit family and are now not able to get home due to the road closures impacting all routes to the Lower Mainland so having a little mini kitchen has made it very easy to stay until we can get home.

โ โ โ โ โ The hotel itself was nice, but I had accidentally booked our stay for exactly a week ahead of when I meant to online and they charged me a no show fee. I asked for it to be waived because we still stayed there the following week and they initially said of course, then the general manager reneged and refused to refund me.

โ โ โ โ โ We checked in with our dog. Apparently they did not add this to the system. The next morning when we checked out was asked if we had a dog as we had been put in a non-dog friendly room. Replied that we had and that it should be in the system from both check-in and booking. Reception admitted that this had been a mistake and said everything was fine and not to worry about it. Later the manager called me telling me off for having a dog in the room. She also charged my credit card $250 for their mistake!! BEWARE!

โ โ โ โ โ I never know how to rate simple hotels. The 5 stars is for my experience. The staff was great, the rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. However, this is a motel sort of disguised as a hotel. There are no facilities. The lobby and breakfast area are small. They provided a decent, bagged COVID breakfast. We were there for a minor hockey tournament. The place was perfect for our needs.

โ โ โ โ โ All staff were amazing. Especially Grace. Friendly and very accommodating. Even brought me out a coffee from the back mid day. Clean, very comfortable rooms. Included brown bag breakfast, just pick what you want. Very covid safe. Will definitely be staying here again in my travels. Don't hesitate to book.
