★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home Depot using them, ordered BBQ May 6th left Calgary and was at Edmonton location May 10th, now its may 26th.Im told its sitting in a trailer in the parking lot and they haven't unloaded it yet with no estimated time to get it out. A 362kms delivery and 16 days and counting.... Horrible for an estimated delivery day of May 11th

I was very pleasant dealing with them and admire their customer 1st attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called ahead to make sure everything was in order and we were told it was and that we could stop by anything. We did, then presented the necessary paperwork... and then waited for more than 30 minutes. When I inquired on the status, the comment back was... "SOON! They're really busy in the warehouse!" In the end, we received everything, but customer service was lacking. Could just be the day, or maybe that's the norm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered a smoker through Home Depot. It was suppose to arrive on May 27-28 from Calgary to Fort Saskatchewan. It arrived in Edmonton on June 1st and it’s been sitting in their warehouse since then. 300+ Km in a few days ok cool 40Km in 10 days is UNACCEPTABLE. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. IF YOU WANT DELIVERIES ON TIME DONT USE DAY AND ROSS, THE PONY EXPRESS ON HORSE BACK IS FASTER THEN THESE GUYS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible company. If you want half your freight lost and the other half damaged. Then use Day and Ross. Great company to use if you want to take revenge on your worst customers. I have pulled freight out of Day and Ross exactly 5 times. Each load contained extensive damage to expensive electronics. The have racked up over a quarter of million in damages in that short period. Maybe there staff needs to learn to slow down and take care of there customers needs and freight. What good is fast, when the customers freight arrives unusable or missing part of the shipment?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea why anyone has rated them higher than 1 star. This company has damaged and lost so many orders, it's wonder that they remain in business. I have tried reaching out to anyone in leadership and had no reply. The customer service line does nothing to help you. When they lose something or damage it, good luck getting any help. As someone with a lot of experience in logistics, I can appreciate that things happen. For me it is always about how you handle the situation after the ball has been dropped. Unfortunately, Day & Ross has zero follow up after, and takes no responsibility. They do not value the relationships with customers. I strongly urge you to schedule your freight elsewhere.
