★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually drop off my freight at the Day&Ross terminal in Calgary. The staff at the reception desk are always very helpful and friendly and so is the staff at the loading dock. I am often on my own but the staff is always happy to help out to make things go fast and smooth. Goods arrive in good condition (without damage) at my customers. The only thing, i had happened a couple times, is that they switched the delivery to tail-gait delivery even so I requested it not being tail gate and want to be contacted if anything gets changed. This resulted in a lot of extra charges that were not necessary as goods can easily be lifted off truck by hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Tried to schedule a pickup with them for last several weeks and finally promised a time frame between 1 and 5pm but no one cared to show up. Never trust anything they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimated delivery April 26th(updated on April 25th by their team). Checked today (April 29), and found out the package is at the warehouse near my house. They've nicely said they would "rush" the package out from in 7-10 days. Turning a 4-5 day estimated delivery into 16 days, and missing their 1 day estimate on April 25th by 10+ days. Professionalism at its finest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How do you even begin to describe the absolutely atrocious company known as Day and Ross. Do you perhaps start with their complete lack of quality, or the void of customer service? Better yet, their joke of being a shipping and delivery service, that does absolutely neither. If you thought dial up internet was slow, try Day and Ross, you’d take it any day of the week. You would have better luck getting your delivery if it was shipped via message in a bottle and tossed in the ocean. Which at that point would be littering, however seems like a minor offence considering this company will rob you blind, and never deliver your package. But they will “send” emails and make you wait on hold for hours to answer your call, and by send emails I mean laugh at you after hanging up the call because those emails must be on something slower than there delivery service. Save your time and money and the headache that is Day and Ross.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super bad experience! my items shipped at may 16, they said it arrived already in calgary on the 17th, estimated delivery is on the 24th of may, i called them twice but all they say the shioment is delayed and they are behind and will take up to 8-10 days more! and we really need the item!! poor service!!! why dont you dispatch it already, its here in calgary already!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We never had an bad experience with day and Ross but now I got it why it's called "delayed and lost". We ordered a specific toilet and waited for it the last few weeks and today we received a call (not from day and Ross) the toilet is lost and it could be another 4 weeks... excuse me!!!!! With bigger/larger items everything was fine and now a toilet is lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of insane scamming additional charges after shipment , like lift gate, resizing the package , address change.
even if you think u do not need or request these services , they will still back charge it to you and it is insane like $28 each additional service
