K	Karen Turner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had the same experience as many other reviewers. I arrived with only one person ahead of me to the walk-in. Other people started to come in and were put ahead of me with no explanation. When I asked I was told they had and appt, but I was next. Ok, I can sort of understand that... but then the doctor was very bizarre. She got out her crumpled hand written explanation about why studies have shown that euclyptus works better than medication, and I agreed to try it. She insisted it was viral without examining me. I lost my voice, have a bad cough, heavy chest congestion and coloured phlegm, and she asked me several times if I was talking a lot over the holidays?! It was weird. Then she told me not to come back again because she could tell that I wanted antibiotics and she didn't want to given them to me but she was going to anyway. I was supposed to feel bad that she was uncomfortable by this and that the world is going to run out of options if people keep taking antiboitics unnecessarily. For the record I hadn't even asked for any medication at this point. Honestly the most bizarre and unprofessional appt I've ever had.
D	Darryl Langendoen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner brought our newborn here for our child’s first vaccination and had a really bizarre experience with a doctor there. There were multiple issues, which included her being rude and not following best practices but one was that she told my partner not to let our infant daughter look at her face during the injection because infants recognize people at this age and to tell any other doctor to not let the baby look at them from this point on. She didn’t explain but it seemed like a bizarre belief to share and try and pass on to other people. Also, best practice is to encourage mothers to breast feed during the vaccinations to help distract their infants so that they are less likely to feel the pain and this doctor told my partner she couldn’t do that. She also demanded my partner hold her legs down and when she gave the injection the first time and our daughter kicked and the needle came out she got upset that she wasn’t held down properly. All which could have been avoided.

Right from guiding me through my problem to help me change my lifestyle and habits for my betterment she has been very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Khan at Dawes Family Practice.
R	Ronec77 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a walk in place any more, appointment required and they don't accept new patients. Don't ask them for suggestions where to go, they will get angry and say: I don't know!
R	Revelation the 7 Seals are cracked on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to this clinic a few times. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I've taken my children there too. It's nice to know that I can be seen the same day when we are ill or when our own family Doctor is booked. The Doctor is patient, kind and listened to my needs. Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but that's expected at such a busy area. I am surprised by the previous reviews though, because I've never waited 4 hours. The longest was about 40 minutes.
S	SAKIB on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been coming here for 4+ years, here's all facts you need to know. The ONLY doctor who was absolutely perfect, was Dr. Omotayo. Then came Dr. Tharendran who hated her patients, had zero manners or care and left after few months. The current doctor, Dr. Mahmuda Khan, is more like a village doctor who you can never trust. She prescribes ancient medicines and method that doesn't work, gives superstitious advice that she picked up in her young at rural villages and gives worthless advice exactly like a village doctor who'll probably soon kill a patient. Absolutely terrible. Now the practice mostly stays empty, because nobody in a developed world should never see her. I switched my doctor after 1 visit to her. Such a waste of taxpayers money having doctors like this with zero standard.

N	Nabiha Abdul Karim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The practice is accomodating. I had to take my kids in and the receptionist was sweet and understanding. She changed the tv channel to a cartoon. Access through the pharmacy is easier when you have a stroller.
