★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with Davis to sell my condo. Excellent experience - he is very detail oriented and very involved in the process of selling. He took care of all the details, including staging, measuring, and the small bits and pieces that would make it from selling a house into selling a home. He was well organized and very easy to work with and ensured to keep me in the loop the entire time which I really appreciated.
He also helped me purchase my new condo - again, well organized with seeing the places and was always available if there was a place I wanted to see. Always provided all the necessary reports for me to go through and was able to discuss at length all the finer points of strata documents.
I would highly recommend Davis to anyone looking to purchase/sell their home.
