★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our impression of real estate agents in the past in general was that they were all sales people. Dave is very different from what we thought. He is a down-to-earth, honest, caring, and thoughtful person. He doesn't strike us as some stereotypical kind of real estate agent. We're lucky that we found him. Looking for a house was a really painful experience during the pandemic and in the seller's market. Dave was very patient and worked really hard. He found us this house in the heated real estate market last month. He sought an opportunity and made a great judgement to offer the seller a price that we were really happy with. Instead of encouraging us to raise the price, he made it lower!! He lives up to his name, FAST and effective! Dave is definitely one of a kind. What a pleasure working with him!
