The Ja Bitte! rose and Keltis Mufi were absolutely delicious. Greatly enjoyed the gorgonzola salad.
The back courtyard patio had a European vibe.
What a great place start your night off!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food. Lots of wines to choose from. The only thing that was missing were flights of wine for sampling instead of 5oz glasses. Interesting vibe of Barber Shop/Coffee Shop during the day and Wine Bar at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great late night spot. The courtyard patio is such a good vibe and well worth the wait. All of the wines I’ve tried so far have been out of this world delicious, very crushable.
Their food menu is all snacks, and the endive salad and the olives are both 10/10 and I’ll be ordering them again.
I think you’ll really love this spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I have visited Darling a handful of times this Fall and had a awesome experience each visit. The vibe is fun, feels like you're in New York. The rotating wine list makes this place special, always something new to try and discover, one of my favourites was a Rosé the sever recommended. The bar snacks and service was excellent. We will keep coming back!

Edmonton has been thirsty for a natural wine bar as thoughtful and elegant as this for a long time and I'm thrilled that Darling has arrived to enrich the city's dining scene. Whenever I visit, it's with the total confidence that I'll be taken care of and led toward a new experience with their curated wine list and chef-driven menu. Each time I stop in, I ask their expert recommendation on wine and leave having discovered a new favourite, and when it comes to food, I order one of everything (and often seconds!), because I love what their chef creates with a playful and delightful combination of locally sourced ingredients. I recently brought my staff to celebrate the holidays at their special '90s-themed Christmas event featuring a menu of nostalgic eats, and we all had such a great time with these reimagined classics. I recommend them to everyone I know and feel so fortunate to have a place like this in Edmonton. Go!
