The update is that they are trying to legally pursue me for $7900!!!! Never did do the work and I found someone else that filed my taxes months ago! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danielle's SOS is the worst bookkeeping service in Edmonton. She was supposed to do my Taxes for 2020 and I still haven't received anything but an invoice I regrettably paid. She regularly deletes her profiles to hide the staggering amount of negative reviews.
Please do yourself a favour and find another accountant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deleted her old profile with 20+ 1 star reviews. Took all our stuff for taxes and never filed anything. I had a bad feeling so fortunately ended up starting from scratch with someone new and doing it ourself. Never ever responded to emails or calls asking why she wasn’t filing our completed taxes. We STILL haven’t heard anything from her or the company. Horrible. 0/5
