★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A sibling of mine graduated from here, while I attended its rival. This is the only public school in Wpg that I know of to have marble washrooms. Hence why it is called collegiate institute instead of high school, LoL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daniel McIntyre School is a safe place for all kinds of people from all over the world. The teachers here are very accepting of all the different kinds of cultures and traditions. They are willing to learn where the students came from and learn their languages. There are also different kinds of students who you can share your experiences with. Some people can relate to your experiences and some people can share a totally different kind of experience that you will learn from. Overall, the people here at Daniel McIntyre School are hardworking people who focused on getting a good education and build each other up for success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teachers should take social anxiety more seriously. I tried telling the teachers/guidance counselors how I felt, and they all brushed me off and eventually started treating me like I was just a problem student. My grades started dropping and eventually I started getting sent to the principal's office. He eventually called me a "delinquent." ? I never did anything bad, I was just a nervous wreck. I saw other students get help for what I was struggling with but I never received such help. Seeing teachers being visibly disappointed and/or annoyed with me only made things worse especially when I was already trying my best. I think my high school years could've been better and enjoyable if the teachers would've just listened and helped.
