We had a issue with our forklift and we were told by a another Richmond company that it was over $2000.00 repair and these guys did it the very next day for less than half. Very helpful and very professional service. If you need forklift repairs please call Dan's and you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys. Two thumbs up for Dan's Forklift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use another company. They sent a tech to service our electric forklift and when the tech arrived, he looked at the equipment and then tells us it's not something he can repair. He leaves but not before charging us 1.5 hrs labour and travel too. A $236 invoice to tell us he can't fix it. Tried to get a reasonable credit or set a partial payment and they were not willing. So much for good customer service. My advice - use another company if you need to rent or get some service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking to buy a fork lift used. Spent about a half hour on there website, found many prospects, but! Not one of them has a price listed. So much for shopping there. I actually have to drive there to find out a price, or spend an hour on the phone and on hold trying to find out prices. Canada wonders why our company's struggle against US company's. Plain and simple. There website sites are full service. I can buy and ship right off my phone in the US. No middle man driving up costs, and all the info up front. No secrets. This website is a prime example. No information without talking to the sales guy. No thanks. Buying else where.

I was a new customer and doing a job I was unfamiliar with and could not believe the amount of support I received from the two sales people, (C.P. & P.T.), I dealt with. My job ended up being a breeze as I was set up with the proper equipment in good working condition. We need more people like this and our world would be a better place. Thank's again Dan's Forklift!
