Over several years they have helped me with a number of technical issues, that would normally be super stressful. The staff here are always friendly & helpful & also donate there time to community service, volunteer fire, community events etc.

They went out of their way to help however they could to alleviate some of the logistical stressors that come with being in a car accident. They sourced the best price we could get for scrap from our totalled vehicle and did it all with a smile. The empathy, fairness and kindness shown to us did not go unnoticed. We highly recommend Daly's Auto Centre.

J	Jennifer Rivers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $450 for repairs. The vehicle only made it 40kms before stalling out and not starting up again. I felt like I was given the run around when trying to contact the owner for resolution. Only once I blocked my number did I get a hold of Grant Daly. He has yet to call me back as I requested resolution and or refund. I had the vehicle towed to the shop, then I had to have it towed again once it broke down the same day I picked it up from the shop. I also had to travel from the mainland just to experience all this, so in the end it costed and will cost me a lot more than the $450 bill from the shop. I also want to add that I was provided with a receipt that only stated "repairs," with no detail as to parts or labour. I was ok with this, only at the time of pick up, since Daly told me verbally what was done to the truck, and I didn't expect to break down after only 40 kms of driving. I should include that he mentioned replacing the "starting system." which included a new ignition. But if I had a new ignition, I shouldn't have drove away with the original set of keys I had from before, right? I don't recommend this business and I hope this doesn't happen to any other families out there in the future. Do better Grant Daly!
v	vince p on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best mechanical shop in the valley , staff are knowledgeable and caring . You won't be fixing or paying for something you don't need . Honest to goodness people ...and Gas is cheaper here then most places around Lake Cowichan
