★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience tonight, and won't be going back. Long story short, stood there forever to even be acknowledged, same with the 10+ people standing behind me. 4 skip drivers came in and every employee catered to them. Multiple people waiting for their order that took forever only to find out they were still missing and item. Food was cold as hell by the time I got it. You guys really need to work on some stuff.

Anyways, this DQ doesn't even take rewards. How can I give a good rating when I can't even claim a free Dilly Bar with my meal!?
When will FSJ quit letting me down!? I think I'm ready to see new towns now, this just isn't working out between us. We're too different. You'll find somebody some day, I promise. But it's not me, that much is for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered an Oreo cheesecake blizzard with fudge mixed in. Guy at counter rings it in with cold fudge core. I questioned if it was going to be mixed in, he assures me it will be. It was not, then the young lady who made it gave me attitude saying it was exactly as I ordered it. Took the manager getting involved for her to remake it, at which time she gave me attitude again about it. Haven't been back since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 25 minutes for my chicken strip and fries. Turns out that someone else took my order and I was brushed off by an employee when I asked about my order after 15 minutes and heard an order number higher than mine. I had ordered when it was not busy. Took 25 minutes for me to get the supervisors attention and finally figure out what was taking so long.

Should be maple flavoured instead of pine, still tasty but maple sticks would be better. Thanks to the employee that gave me another stick after mine got soggy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the restaurant to get two Blizzards. I feel we waited too long, but when a ‘Skip’ delivery person comes in after me and is stuffing ‘Blizzards’ in his bag before I get mine, I don’t like it. If delivery services are more important than walk in clients, this person won’t walk into your store any more. It is your choice. First come, first serve is not new.
