★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantly forget things on orders. Asked for bacon on burger got no bacon and they forgot to give the receipt so wasn’t able to get reimbursed on said issue. Prior have forgotten things like proper number of chicken strips etc… just haven’t had a good experience when it comes to drive thru and them not messing up an order ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a blizzard and have been waiting for around 10 minutes, received my food before the blizzard and I am still waiting as I write this review. The girl who took my order for me just stood around, isn’t even making my blizzard for me either. This is absolutely ridiculous and one of the worst experiences I have had at this DQ. Also, to be clear, this is not the first time this has happened with the same worker taking my order and then simply doing nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service was polite and waited patently when I asked for a moment to decide and advised me I could sit and the gentleman brought my food to my table. I must say I was very much impressed also it was the tables and bathroom were very clean ? keep up the great work ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive…I asked for a simple double cheeseburger and small Pepsi and they charged $13.
Instead they had sold me 2 double cheeseburgers because of poor English skills.
Even the single double cheese and Pepsi that I eventually got cost nearly $10…$3 more than at other DQs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dairy Queen is one of the best ice cream restaurants hands down, I personally enjoy the many delicacies they serve. Their customer service is just as great, makes the eating experience twice as enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the cheese burgers if they make a scratch in sniff sticker it's a money maker, as well as the blizzard's are really good.
Like the advertising says hot eats cool treats. Just wasn't to cold one I had them last time more like a milkshake than a really cold blizzard's treats.
