★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get some ice cream, which we never got, with the family at 735pm and the drive-thru was closed so went to the door and it was locked. They need to either change their hours accordingly or be open until 8pm. Very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited twice lately while passing through Valleyview. Both times I went through the drive they and was helped by Que. great customer service. 10/10. Food was really really good here too compared to other DQ. Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went up to grab ice cream on a Saturday evening. Google lists the hours as 10pm closing. We pulled up to the drive thru at 7:20 and it was blocked off. Parked the vehicle and walked up to the door to go in and an employee walks up and locks the door in front of me at 7:22 pm. Sign on the door says closing at 7:30 however we still had plenty of time to spare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The definition of 2.5 stars. I’ve had one of the best flamethrowers I’ve ever had, but I’ve definitely also had the worst. Half the time the patties are visibly old. One of the cashiers said that they’re always fresh, and then immediately said they can’t keep them after 20 minutes. I don’t know about you, but that’s not what fresh means. Not her fault though. But sometimes doing the bare minimum is a negative thing for an establishment.

Burgers were ice cold we had to to go ask the staff to put in them the microwave.? Never fear though folks - the employees have which of them is driving to the party on the weekend all worked out. Very Important obviously. Staff was friendly enough so they got 2 stars
