Let’s start from the beginning. I was in search of a Real Estate Lawyer to help with the finalization of our refinancing documents. To be very clear we were on an extreme tight deadline, with lots of complications. I posted on my community Facebook group and his name came in #1. So, I reached out that evening. I can honestly say that was the best decision that I have ever made. Not only was my call answered immediately, but I was also given a chance to explain my situation in detail. My mind was put to ease and trust me there is no better feeling than that. Emmanuel asked very in-depth questions to my situation and made me felt heard. This is what I needed. As you can imagine all the stress one goes through with their home and finances. I needed a take charge professional. Emmanuel is such a kind, easy going person with an incredible memory and willingness to help, he makes you feel like a friend you have always known. This translates to him making you feel like his most important client who he is taking the best care of. He keeps you up to date in every step of the process and will politely answer every question you have, never making you feel rushed or like it is a stupid question.
