Koets Plumbing and Heating to replace two toilets in our home, as well as repair and attach the plumbing connected to our washing machine and steam dryer. Shari was very helpful as a point of contact and provided knowledgeable advice and prompt assistance. We had a team of two plumbers come less than 24 hours after I had called to book, and they were incredibly efficient and competent. The hourly cost was extremely fair considering how quickly they worked, without sacrificing quality workmanship. We will absolutely call again the next time we need plumbing services!

Shari, who took care of scheduling everything for me, was so kind and always quick to reply (much appreciated!!). I dealt with different members of their crew a few times since February and everyone was informative and I always felt confident in their recommendations. They did an excellent job with the work that was carried out; very thorough and efficient. Even as COVID-19 restrictions prevented proceeding with the job, they always made sure there no problems in the meantime and started the work quickly, as soon as they were safely able to. I will 100% use them in the future if needed and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to the entire Koets team!!

Chris arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem in less time than that and cleaned up afterwards, even to my satisfaction ? Thank you Koets Plumbing! Then I called the office a week later with questions about a water softener and got amazing service for that as well!

A young man arrived very quickly and had diagnosed the issues and fixed them within an hour. I was so impressed with his professionalism and his kind courteous words. The receptionist was extremely caring to listen to me explain about an emergency backup happening in our basement, and that a competitor company stood us up with a no-show. Wish we would have called you first. At the near end of business hours, D. Koets plumbing stepped up, sent out technicians promptly (fitting us in between callouts) and did what needed to be done to save our basement from having a major insurance expense. Thank you so much, extremely friendly receptionist and technicians, thank you for your professionalism. You will definitely be our go to company for plumbing/heating requirements in the future. I can't Thank you enough.

I had a septic ejector check valve failure and a related burning out pump in the early hours of a Saturday morning. Called the emergency line you get listed when you call their phone number after hours and immediately got someone, polite and cheery despite the early hour. Within two hours Dustin was on scene and taking a look. Professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Answered any questions I had and was extremely open and up front about what he was doing and recommendations, giving me a few possible plans to choose from. Overall, this made a naturally poor morning a remarkably easy experience and I strongly recommend Koets to anyone in the region.
