It was our first time ordering a gate and he patiently went through all our options and provided us with excellent advice. He was also very accommodating when we changed our minds a few times regarding automation and locks and got the job done super fast. We are super happy with our new gate and have already received compliments on it from our neighbours! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very impressed with the service provided by Cypress Railing. The product is excellent and is strong but not heavy. I was very impressed with how smoothly the doors open and close. We live in an area with coyotes and we had several challenges to have fencing installed that prevented cats from escaping. I am so thrilled with our new courtyard by the front door. Yong the fabricator did an amazing job on the intricate pattern at the top of the grand gates. It makes the house look like a chateau. The courtyard is so classy and it also provides an additional security upgrade. Our neighbours have all been so impressed. They also installed a door on our balcony which again provides safety for pets and an additional security factor to our home. Cypress railing also installed fencing on both sides of the house and by our terrace. This fencing just immediately makes your property look higher end. Our daughter who is a realtor said it looks like a West Van home now. We are thrilled with our new fencing. Our experience with Cypress is that they are a very professional company that provides quality workmanship and aims to keep the client satisfied. I would definitely recommend Cypress Railing !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with the quality of service that I received from TJ and Pan at Cypress Railings & Gates. TJ was very responsive, and helped answer all my questions throughout the estimation process. He had originally quoted me 3-4 weeks to complete my gate, and I was very pleasantly surprised when the gate was ready within 1.5 weeks.
I wanted to also give a shoutout to Pan who actually installed the gate for me. The original hole for locking the gate had been drilled a bit too wide for my padlock. I gave Pan a call to ask if he could come back and drill another hole for my gate lock. Even though he was an hour away, he came back AND he got me a new heavy duty padlock with the correct shackle width to fit the gate. That is exceptional service. Thank you very much Pan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to write a good review but I could never get anyone call me back or answer any of the emails that I sent. I really wanted to hire them to do my deck but there is no customer service.
Thank you for responding to our request, although we did not go with Cypress I appreciate the fact that you did get back to us, TJ was very pleasant and efficient.

Bobby, Ramtin, Soli and crew did such a wonderful job from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends or family, just as they were recommended to us. They did just beautiful work on the railing. It looks even better than we had imagined.
The whole process with Cypress was efficient, well communicated and easy. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old concrete stairs were breaking apart, railing falling off, were getting dangerous. Great replacement stairs provided by Cypress Railings & Gates. Demolished the old and installed new the next day. Great work, attention to the details. Touched up paint from some transport rubbing. Very happy with their work!
