She abides to Carlson Wagonlit’s travel policies to the letter and her customer service is off the charts! Whenever we have questions or concerns she responds in excellent time and keeps us informed on any changes that might occur between booking and departure.
I would highly recommend CWT Midland to anyone who is travelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I have booked many trips with CWT Vacations in Midland. Today we booked another trip to Punta Cana. We always use Kathryn as our travel agent! She has done a phenomenal job booking all of our trips. She is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed to know with covid restrictions and policies when traveling and what to expect when leaving and departing. We are very thankful to have someone who knows the industry as well as she does to help us when traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked a trip to Jamaica in Nov for Jan-27th, 1 day before the omicron variant was detected. We had till Dec-30th to cancel and we did cancel at the last minute in fear 1 of us would test positive within the 3 days of departure and loose the whole trip amount. Kathryn was great in helping us with any questions or worries we were having and sadly cancelling the trip for us. Kathryn is very helpful and knowledgeable in her field and we will definitely be taking that trip through her when it's not such a hassle to travel.

Not only did we have a lot of boxes that had to be filled but we also changed our minds less than 24 hours after booking and wanted to go somewhere else ???♀️
She is an outstanding travel agent and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She made our experience a breeze! It’s not easy trying to book a family vacation when you’ve got two little ones occupying your time!

I would never have looked at this hotel and am so incredibly happy she suggested booking it. Not only that but it seems like with covid there is about 100 extra steps to be aware of. Kathryn tells you exactly what you need to know and what to do so it saves you a lot of time researching. Will 100% be using her again. THANK YOU!!!
