D	Daniel Lemay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un employé de cVert a brulé une section de mon gazon à cause d'un déversement d'engrais. J'ai demandé que cette erreur soit corrigée. On m'a alors dit que les employés de cVert ne pouvaient pas le faire, car ils n'étaient pas formés pour ça. Ils m'ont envoyés la procédure pour que je corrige moi-même l'erreur qu'ils ont commis. Au renouvellement je leur écrit pour leurs dire que je ne veux plus faire affaire avec leurs entreprise. Quelqu'un me contacte pour me dire qu'ils veulent corriger l'erreur qu'ils ont commis, alors qu'ils n'ont rien fait de l'été. Je crois que ce qu'ils veulent, c'est mon argent et non corriger leur erreur. A cVert employee burned a section of my lawn due to a fertilizer spill. I requested that this error be corrected. I was then told that cVert employees could not do this because they were not trained for it. They sent me the procedure so that I could correct the mistake they made myself. When I renew I write to them to tell them that I no longer want to do business with their company. Someone contacts me to tell me that they want to correct the mistake they made, when they haven't done anything all summer. I believe what they want is my money and not correct their mistake.

Il a été très professionnel, a posé des questions appropriées, a été à l'écoute de mes réponses, a présenté des arguments pertinents et a été très explicite dans ses offres de services. Bref, il m'a inspiré confiance. L'avenir me dira si j'ai pris la bonne décision,,, I just confirmed a service contract with the rep over the phone. He was very professional, asked appropriate questions, listened to my answers, presented relevant arguments and was very explicit in his service offers. In short, he inspired me with confidence. The future will tell me if I made the right decision,,,

J'ai été très déçu de la compagnie avec qui nous avions fait affaire l'été dernier... Mauvais suivi et mauvais service. Même si ont a des résultats pour 20$ de moins que cet année. Ça ne vaut jamais la peine quand il faut passer son temps a vérifier qu'il font bien leur travail... J'espère ne plus revivre une expérience semblable. Je cherche un service fiable, pour avoir la tranquillité d'esprit de ne pas me faire oublié dans mon service pour lequel je paie. Et une certaine efficacité bien sûr ? I have just started my service with them, I find them very courteous. Good customer service so far. I was very disappointed with the company we did business with last summer... Bad follow-up and bad service. Even if we have results for $20 less than this year. It's never worth it when you have to spend your time checking that they are doing their job well... I hope not to have a similar experience again. I am looking for a reliable service, to have the peace of mind of not being forgotten in my service for which I am paying. And a certain efficiency of course ?

S	Shams Amiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T EVER ACCEPT THEIR SERVICES!!! I am really disappointment what they have done with my lawn. I subscribed to their premium plan which includes all the services. I thought my lawn will be green, but as you can see it is the result of their services. In addition, cVert has the worst customer service representatives. They are not well-trained. They are not a good listener. Thus, they are incapable to provide a good service. Furthermore, I am not satisfied with their services, but they ask for their full balance to be paid. However, I suggested different options. Instead of accepting one of my options, their unprofessional CSR ignored. Ultimately, they should change their company name from cVert => cJaune.
