★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Use to support them, but no longer. Not sure what has happened over the years but customer service is terrible now. Submitted order over a month ago. Told I would see mock up, nothing. Sent multiple follow-up emails, nothing. They obviously no longer care about customers, and I would have hoped they would have the courtesy to at minimum respond or tell me they do not want my business, but I do not even get that.
Would not recommend wasting your time

Inquired about a smaller job for myself, got reply promptly, then when looking to hear about progress, nothing. Guess if your spending enough money then you matter, but otherwise you do not.
So much for customer service!
