Like the reviews below, I can't say offer enough praise for this company and staff. I have used them since before 2000 and have been pleased with the quality of their work and how helpful and friendly the staff are.

I would avoid if possible. The lady working the counter is either always having a bad day or just rude. I was initially told it would take three days and when I asked if they were too busy to rush I was told the fastest they could do was two days (this was was perfect, was very grateful). When I dropped off the item to be engraved she had me write the name and then we went over it. I said it out loud multiple times- Marie Anne. Pretty straight forward although my writing is not neat. So we went over it by letter. The next morning I had a sudden fear that I told them two rs in Marie and so I called right when they opened thinking I have one more day they probably haven’t even touched it yet. That’s when she told me over the phone it was already done. Woah cool.. why say 3 days of you can finish it before the place even closes on the day an item gets dropped off? We started to go through the spelling anyway and they had engraved Marie-Ame. Like uhm what? When I said Noo we went over this, I was harshly told that it was read back to me and she said M! Why would I agree to that? Also why rush a project with a name no one has ever heard of before when you have a whole 24 hours to double check with your customer? I dropped off another item to be correctly engraved and this time she wrote it out. When I picked up the finished product I was of course charged for two. I mentioned I was disappointed because I know I didn’t agree to Marie- Ame and I was told “well we should’ve charged you a setup fee so you did get a discount”. Weird because I was also initially told that there would be a discount as this was for DND so I guess no discount for that then? Overall I Felt the whole situation was handled unprofessionally and wouldn’t want anyone to experience anything like this.
