★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The routine stuff of course and a fount of good information but Shauna really proved her worth when a visitor viewing the house shut off the furnaces on winter's coldest day. She went far beyond any reasonable expectation in helping resolve a very distressing situation. I cannot recommend Custom Home Watch Services too highly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shauna looked after our home over a 9 month period while we were living in the United States for work. She did an excellent job looking after the home and we will utilize her company in the future if we ever require it again. She was professional and easy to work with. She responded quickly to email and phone calls. When we did have issues with our furnace she was quick to respond and we were easily able to come up with a solution to the problem together. We felt our house was in good hands while we were away. Thanks Shauna!
