J	Jerry Dang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order for custom bags with a rush order that would be expecting to arrive within 4 to 5 weeks. However, It did not arrive during this time frame - It came in a little after 6 weeks. To compensate for the delay, Smit was kind of enough to give me 15% off my next purchase which I'm grateful for. Come time to pickup, Smit tried to pull a fast one and added an additional 10,000 bags on top of my 10,000 bags I have originally ordered. He said he had the "rights" to add to my order and that it was in the disclaimer in my invoice. I was not impressed, nor did I wanted to pay for another 10,000 bags. Smit then said it's an industry wide thing to have an over run in production from 10 to 50%. After some arguing, we finally came to a compromise and I agreed to take an additional 3,400 bags. I left their office bitter because Smit and his team was not transparent with me. So here I am writing this google review to let everybody know. Also upon writing this review, I've notice on my invoice (please see the photo) that the disclaimer states" All orders are subject to an over run of 10-20%. NOT 50% from what Smit claimed. So it seems to me that this custom food packaging business does not care about it's customers but rather than their bottom line.
