★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a electrician for 20 years and business owner. I installed a 100 amp generator for a customer for back up power. I have an issue with a 14 pin relay and need a replacement. Instead of sending me a relay that would take less then 5 mins to install, my customer has to wait weeks and weeks for a 5 minute fix. There warranty is the very worst in the business. I have 6 other generators to hook up for my customers and have informed each of them of the issue with using this product. We're looking elsewhere now. You have lost 6 sales of 5 100 amp generators and a 200 amp generator. Don't use this product cause any issues arise you will have to wait weeks and weeks to have it fixed when a licensed electrician who installed it couldn't spend 5 mins to replace the generator relay. Please don't buy this product until you find out the warranty. It will leave you weeks and weeks without backup power.
