Super cabinets

We purchased in April 2019 a house that had been rebuilt by a builder during the summer of 2018. In September 2019 we noticed delamination and cracking of the finish in two places (see pictures attached). We contacted a manager at Cuisine Idéale, he responded that the cabinets were not covered as we were not the original owners. We had paperwork from previous owners stating that the cabinets (Amalgame +) had a life time warranty however only applies to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER at the ORIGINAL SITE of installation. What type of warranty is this as in a new build, the cabinets are rarely installed by the future owner of the house. I would certainly NOT recommend these cabinets as there has been delamination and cracking of the finish after only one year of use. Very disappointed. Nous avons acheté une maison en avril 2019 qui a été complètement rebatie par un entrepreneur en construction durant l'été 2018. Au mois de septembre 2019, nous avons décelé de la délamination et craques du revêtement de la cabineterie à deux endroits. Nous avons joint un gérant chez Cuisine Idéale, il nous a répondu que leur garantie à vie ne s'appliquait pas à nous car nous n'étions pas les «acheteur d'origine». Nous avons de l'information indiquant que la cabineterie Amalgame + est garantie à vie, cependant cette garantie s'applique seulement à l'acheteur d'origine. Ce genre de garantie ne vaut rien car la cabineterie de toute nouvelle construction est rarement installée par le propriétaire futur de la maison, l'installation est généralement faite par la compagnie de construction. Je n'acheterais certainement pas cette cabineterie car notre expérience est très négative à cause de la délamination et des craques qui sont apparue un an après l'installation de la cabineterie ! Très décue.
