I read the reviews/ratings which gave us the confidence to hire CTHRU. All of our communications were prompt and professional. Our 4 paned sliding patio door looks like “new”. The glass and trim are spotless and the tracks shine. The doors move smoother as well. We felt that hiring a local small business was the right thing to do. And boy were we right. We have made referrals already...only 2 days later.

I chose them initially because their prices were fair, the explanation of their services is clear and thorough, and they were pleasant and attentive. Stephanie handles the administration at CTHRU and is prompt and cheerful in her responses. Jacob, and now Tevin (apologies if I've misspelled his name), are the on-site crew and do an excellent job, keep the site tidy, and are very personable to deal with. I highly recommend CTHRU's exterior window and eavestrough cleaning for both the quality of the work and the customer service.
