My car had a cracked back bumper and a deep scratch and dent on the hood. Once Fine Line was finished it looked like it was brand new again. The quality of the repair is excellent.

This is the second time I have experienced CSN Fine Line's outstanding service and excellent workmanship. My car was rear ended and they were able to match the paint on the new bumper perfectly. The car was checked for hidden damage and when done, they detailed the entire car beautifully. Everyone goes beyond expectations in all aspects of the process. Staff continue to impress with their knowledge, kindness and professionalism. This is the only place I will take my car for body work!

My insurance recommended this shop for my repair. I was driving in a parking lot when a Porsche SUV reversed into me and caused damage to my car. I was 100% not at fault so everything was covered. Over $2500 in damages and it was all covered, and even a car rental for 1 week through my insurance at no cost. The repair done to my car was excellent! They even detailed the inside of my car. Nice job, thank you!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! I had some collision damage on my Audi Q7. CSP Fine Line was recommended to me by the driver who struck my vehicle I made an appointment ahead of time to get a estimate on the repairs. Initially, I had all intention to give my business to this company but decided to go elsewhere due to poor customer service. When I showed up to my appointment, the reception was very friendly and greeted us in a professional manner. The guy that was suppose to be completing the estimate for repair was in his office with his door open and was on the phone. The receptionist notified the guy that the customer has arrived for the appointment. ."The guy" advised her that he was on the phone and dealing with something. I could over hear the whole conversation. The receptionist then advised me that "the guy" will be with me shortly and invited me to sit down and wait. No issues, I don't mind waiting a little. After 45 MINUTES of waiting, I asked the receptionist, "is it going to be much longer?". She called out to "the guy" again. "The guy" didn't even acknowledge and continued with his phone call. (Must have been an important call?). I found this very unacceptable customer service especially when I had an appointment. I guess they are doing so well that they don't need my business. Everything about CSN deserves 5 stars. From the smiling welcome upon entering to talking with the staff was all professional and a great experience. Both Laila and Bud were a total pleasure to deal with and we could not be happier with the the amazing quality of work and the amount of time it took. Dealt with so many auto body shops over the years and CSN is by far the best we've ever worked with. Will make sure to recommend them to all our friends!
