A	Allen Mifsud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CJ and his team where great. They delivered a large 600 lb refrigerator that I ordered from Tasco to my house. They were extremely careful to not damage any of my property. The job to get the fridge up 14 stairs, then through a tight doorway was not an easy task. Most importantly they used thick layers of drop clothes to ensure they would not damage my floor. CJ was extremely friendly and respectful. I would definitely use this company if needed in the future. They got the job done with no issues.

They damage goods on delivery make a customer sign a document that everything is received in good condition and then THEY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THEIR DAMAGES!! We paid $10 extra for them for call and arrange a delivery they did not do that. My customer rushed to their house to receive shipment and now they are left stranded I FEEL SO BAD. $2000 Dresser broken everywhere with CLEAR EVIDENCE of damage due to transport. VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE we will be going to COURT for this one. You people should be ashamed of yourself.

They will quote you a very affordable rate and then hit you with a ton of hidden fees, as well as have inaccurate dimensions of your shipment to also charge you more. And if you provide them with the accurate info, with photos and proof...they refuse to do anything about it....oh and they will refuse to put a manager on the phone.
T	Tushar Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, This was my first experience with moving household loads from Toronto to Los Angles, in all 13 pallets of load, yes if you manage to pack it professionally on a pallet this company is a gem to work with they just picked up everything from my residence to my new house in LA even handling customs , you just need to be specific and paper ready and above all the most economical way i have recommended all my friends to use this company, other companies i cannot comment about service but by rates this was 40% less compared to others and yes i was not in a hurry so few days here or there doesn't matter to me considering the price i just moved cross country ( 4000 KMs. )at the price people move in GTA area ( 100 KMs ). I highly recommend everyone for same type of transport needs.

I had to wait more than 3 hours without receiving any phone call from either the driver or the company. After a while I realized that it was the Yellow truck no mark on it. and he left without even came out from the truck. when I get closer to him The driver was "sleeping" inside the truck!!! And until I call back to the company, none of them inform me that truck has already left. If you are receiving important things I would never recommend CSA!!! The service is Only for those who has time to wait for few days!!

They picked up 2 skids from our warehouse September 14th and we were given an estimated delivery date of September 21st. It is now October 6th and somehow the shipment isn't even close to being delivered. Im beyond frustrated that CSA is completely incompetent and its safe to say i will NEVER use this horrible company again. I don't think any of the employees actually work. They all must sit around together and watch Netflix. 23 days and counting! for a shipment that should take 5-7 days. We may even lose business because of this unprofessional,
A	Andrew Bond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is absolutely horrible. Had 7 skids of Christmas sweaters coming from Texas. They were supposed to bring them on a Tuesday evening and didn't show up, no phone call, nothing. I called them the next morning, and they said they'd bring the truck that night by 5. They came at 4. Guy backed in the 40 ton truck, no problem - but he had no pallet truck to remove the pallets. I called the next day, to tell them to come back with the truck, and a pallet jack.... They told me that the driver said he can't back into the space, which is nonsense. He backed in on the first try. Then they said that the pallets can't be removed by a pallet jack. So, my boss and I had to rent a $250 truck, and drive down there. We moved the pallets onto the rented truck, using a pallet jack, with absolutely no problem. Look, if you didn't want to bring them to us, you could have just said that instead of making excuses. We will not be using this company, ever again. We always have stuff moving to Vancouver, too, so it's quite the loss for you guys. 1/5 stars. If I could give you 0 stars, or minus stars, trust me, I would.
