The front desk staff and physio assistants are always friendly and courteous. Dawn and Mary are currently my therapists. They are both very passionate about what they do. They are dedicated to their patients and are continually working to find solutions to keep me active and pain free. They are humble enough to refer to other therapist when they feel someone else is better suited to deal with your concern. This team approach to treatment has benefited me greatly. I firmly believe that my quality of life is directly linked to the support I have received from the therapists at this clinic. I am 47, with multiple injuries, and the treatment I received is allowing me to continue to cycle, swim, and hike. Being active is very important to me and they have worked with me to allow me to continue to participate in sport and enjoy my life. I would not fail to recommend their services to anyone.

She is very compassionate and motivated to help us through strengthening our bodies and heal our injuries. Stephanie has been treating my knee injury (a meniscus tear) that I experienced quite a long while ago. She has also been treating my husband’s neck (pinched nerve) after a fall during the spring thaw. We are very pleased with Stephanie’s skills and care for her patients. Brian and Wendy Donohue

About 5 years ago my husband total knee replacement .First day he was home i knew he needed physio ,We just called this office Stephine looked after him and helped him through the healing process, Lately i have been seeing her for my knees to, Stephine is great explaining what is going on and her method of treating things is excellent i always feel better following. This last time i needed to know if the glad program would be good .YES she said she knew the people offering it from the sturgeon hospital and helped me to get into the next session running or starting in may , Its a program for building up muscles for people who have arthritis . The swelling in my knees has gone down. THANKS STEPHINE FOR ALL YOUR GREAT HELP

Stephanie's thoughtful and comprehensive approach has resulted in our daughter regaining full range of motion and strength in her arm after repeat injuries, which we weren't sure was going to be possible. My daughter is a competitive speed swimmer and Stephanie has used both physio and acupuncture to help heal and prevent her injuries. Everyone has been easy to work with front reception to the physio therapists and at one time a chiropractor. Appointments are made easily, and attempts always made to book the best times. The staff work together focusing on each others skill sets and strengths to benefit the clients. The atmosphere is extremely clean, and staff are extremely friendly. They have worked with the insurance companies minimizes painful paperwork for me. I appreciate all of their help and expertise!

I have a crush heal heal the very first appointment she got the swelling down and the pain down to about 50% and that was just the first appointment I’ve been going to her now for about three times and each time I feel a difference for the good I am very happy I have used other physiotherapist before and didn’t get close the results she’s very good at acupuncture and she works very hands-on and explains everything to you and then she will photocopy what you need to do like exercises. She’s been doing this a very long time over 20 years and she goes to school all the time just to pick up extra courses so she’s very up-to-date I am very pleased for the results she’s been giving me I would recommend her highly and also she is very busy so she doesn’t try and push extra appointments on you like a lot of other places do thank you very much Stephanie you’ve made my whole day of life a lot better.
