J	Jake Lipohar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long, but relatively easy hike to reach this lookout. Some elevation gain on the way, and two beautiful lakes to swim in on your way back. Start early so the sun lights up the mountains on the west side of the view, instead of them being in the shade.
T	Tara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great intermediate hike. This is a long long walk, come prepared. We made it back just as the sun set (November), there was a group a ways behind us that had to hike in the dark. The view is worth the long trek! Amazing site even with a little rain. The cutblocks are not a great sight... It really takes away from the wild feeling that the rest of the view offers. Still I would recommend going. I don't recommend doing the loop. On the map you will be tempted as it's less km's, but the path is so much more difficult to navigate that it ends up taking longer. I wish I had done the out and back that goes along the lakes. The loop takes you around the other side of the lakes and it is very rooty and rocky, not enjoyable as there isn't really any views on this route and its much harder terrain.
N	Natasha Marie Niering on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lookout took us about 6 hours to do the loop. 21.1km in total. If you stop longer it will be a full day to the lookout and back. Battleship lake is beautiful and you can paddleboard of you are able to carry your boards about 3 to 4k in. Well worth the time
S	Shandy White on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Epic view! Easy hike as well. Forbidden Plateau is a must for adventurous campers. Watch out for the Whiskey Jack's. They can be aggressive.
