★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had complaints about my telephone provider and internet provider and at first they told me they must provide paper billing it is the law and then after 1 month investigation they told me it's not correct they do not have to provide a paper bill therefore we have a government organization providing false hope and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they also told me there was none to contact a member of MP so I give the rating 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this agency has not licensed any free over the air tv news channels in canada. if you live in the toronto area and you get an excellent antenna such as a channel master cm-4228 ( aimed at downtown buffalo ) in combination with a channel master pre-amp cm-7777 you may be able to get channel 56.11 ( rf 23 wbxz ) newsnet. alternatively, aim your antenna at batavia ny ( in between buffalo and rochester ) and you will likely be able to receive channel 51.7 ( rf 24 wpxj ) newsy.
