★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you pull off the Hwy for this viewpoint. The glacier has lost most of the third toe but it is still a marvel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely worth stopping over to the side of the road to snap some awesome photos of the crowfoot glacier! There are no bathrooms as a heads up though. The lot is paved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupendous views and certainly one of the highlights of the Icefields Parkway drive... the turquoise waters with the backdrop of snow capped mountain peaks make for a sight to behold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in the winter on a day that it was quite snowy, so visibility made it quite difficult to see anything. If coming in winter, be weary that there are not many places you can go to get a good view of the glacier across - bring binoculars! Otherwise, the slope is quite steep to access the parts below. Most people we saw were on cross-country skis. Will have to come back better prepared next time. Although the drive along icefields parkway to access this viewpoint is beautiful in itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This another epitome of natural beauty. The glacier is on top of the mountain and you can see the sky blue hue coming out of it. Me and my wife really enjoyed the place with mountains all around. There are snow covered mountains and it looks heavenly. If you want to soak in the natural beauty, then this is the place to go. Please gas up because there are no gas stations until 250kms from there.
