In 1987, the Crossroads Market opened its doors just off of 16th Avenue and Barlow Trail, in Calgary’s northeast. The Market quickly became home to a unique array of merchants, some of whom are still with us! From the very beginning, the Market has been all about keeping things simple and letting the diversity of the vendors and their products, along with the comfort and needs of our patrons, intersect to create a shopping experience that reflects the can-do spirit of this ever-changing city and the people who call it home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Crossroads Market for many years off and on. My husband and I recently went to take a look around and see if there was anything new.
The first thing we bought was beef jerky and European sausages( which were so amazing) and then he found me a pretty sundress which was so reasonably priced. We took a look at the candy shop that has candies from some of us were kids and I loved the gothic type shop. I really enjoyed our day out at the Market!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern farmers market in my opinion. Offers more than fresh produce. It offers home made, and locally made goods. Canteen/dining area with a vast amount of dish choices. Special and antique sales. Just a vast variety of different things. I love visiting this place whenever I visit Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay what?! I never knew a place like this existed in Calgary. Great food we found a gem of a dealer that sold Nathan’a Hot Dogs just like in the states and there’s so much more food. It’s definitely a stop in Calgary and just see what gems you can find. They have food from all over the world!

I love coming and grabbing some old favourites, and i always find something new and delicious!
Summertime is my favourite time to visit, but the winter is great too!
Lost a star from customers and vendors not wearing masks, or distancing..
Its very disappointing when others are making us all unsafe :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cross roads market is a really fun place to visit in the summer and fall. I always appreciate the local vendors and specifically go in the summer for all the fresh and cheap fruit. I love one of the vendors that sells the lemonade mix. It's really good and I highly recommend.
The market can get a busy at times and can be a little overwhelming so that's something to look out for.
