★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needs to work on Accountability. I made an appointment for a meet and greet. Just prior to the meeting the owner let me know she was sick, which was no problem. I asked for her to let me know when she felt better and we could do it then. The issue is it is now 6 weeks later and still no call from Critter Sitter. This leads me to believe I can not count on this service and with something as precious as my pets I can not take the chance with anyone who is not meticulous about every detail of their business.
