★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice neighborhood, close to the highway (good access, but a little noisy). Has a lovely little community hall, several parks, and a splash park. Good amount of green space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything I like about Crestmont has to do with how peaceful this community is. It's a sleepy little spot that has kids hanging out in the park areas. Would love some better transit opportunities, but the walking is probably good for people. There are some beautiful aspen stands, and grassy areas too.
