She solved our underground parking request the next day when compared to the wait from the beginning of 2021 with male managers and empty promises. She understands the family's needs with an infant child, is very approachable and follows up with you. Thank you, Claudine, for your outstanding service.

Previous management was unbelievably bad and can confirm there is no stretching of the truth in previous reviews. I’m glad that Skyline finally got the message and was able to get new management that actually act like normal people. Since then we’ve only had positive experiences. Shout out to Jamie as he’s always been great with us and we appreciate his effort

They will keep you in wait list despite of vacancies , they wont give you preference based on the wait list. Its only when they feel they wont get people they will give you call . The customer service at Vernon is very rude in judging some one and taking a guess of other persons situation . I would suggest not renting out at such places because you would be eventfully falling in legal trap with these guys .

t	theNotorious KO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very hesitant when my friend told me about this place as the old management was horrible, but I am a single father and nobody would rent to me because of my toddler. After assuring people my toddler was a very well mannered and caring little boy they would ghost me completely. I messaged my friend about the place and he told me that management had changed and I should at the very least come look at the place. I obliged and looked at a 2 bedroom unit with a backyard. My first impressions of Michelle and Trevor were spot on, they are both very nice and helpful people and made the moving in process seamless and easy, went above and beyond in helping me with anything I needed, but most importantly they treated myself and my son with respect and went even as far as giving my child a small tot pool to play in that he is just ecstatic about. When I now pick up my child he says he is excited about the "New House", to see my friend and his son down the hall, and Miss Michelle and Trevor. As a father with the many stresses I deal with every day these few things makes my life so much more easy. Thank you Trevor and Michelle and Skyline Living!

The new managers are really good at keeping on top of issues and letting the residence know what’s going on in terms of elevators being out of service when there is a move out move in. Which is a huge help for me being disabled, prior management wasn’t able to do this. They are quick to respond to any issues that need to be addressed and follow up accordingly.

Just moved back a month ago and I've had one good experience after another. Prompt email responses, speedy in fact, always answer the phone, quick to come fix problems and none of those between 8 and 5 time frames, if they say 1pm they actually mean it. Very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recommend living here now. Everything is still so nice and new looking and the sound proofing between apartments is better than most, though you do hear people upstairs, it's not bad at all.

Staff are proactive in caring for the property. They keep residents well-informed and are very helpful with questions in the office. Shared facilities are also kept clean, functional and well maintained. The gym is a great plus to living here. I would recommend Creekview Heights for anyone looking for a friendly, enjoyable and comfortable place to live. We recently moved from Vancouver and can definitely feel the big difference a well managed property makes.
