Creekside Dental Clinic

Hands down the BEST dental experience I've ever had. They were efficient, explained everything and answered all of my questions. I especially appreciated the hygienist explaining the science behind flossing, instead of the shame and guilt approach I've experienced at so many other Dental Offices. 10/10 would send my friends and family there!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I moved here from Alberta and this dentist is close to where I live, so this is where I picked. My mistake. I went in for a cleaning where they told me that I had a cavity. My tooth never bugged me and I never even realized that I had a cavity, but I booked my filling just to cover my bases. (They also told me that I should get my wisdom teeth removed, even though my previous dentist, who was amazing, never told me that I needed to. -- More money for them, I assume.) When I got my cavity filled, the dentist, Dr. Amy, was very impersonal and short. she did her job as quick as she could and then left. With no goodbye or what to expects. After my appointment my tooth started really bugging me. Like the feeling of a cavity or worse. I can't drink water, or eat food on that tooth without it being painful. It throbs even if I just breath in air. So I made an appointment to get it figured out and at that appointment, she told me that she did nothing wrong. That these pains are normal and unfortunately I happen to get the bad end of the stick. She said that if we lived in a perfect world I would have no problems but we don't live in a perfect world. She pretty much said that verbatim. I was also told it could take 6 months before I don't have pain in my tooth anymore and just to eat on the other side of my mouth. It's been weeks now and my tooth hurts so much. It actually affects my days. I wonder if I even had a cavity in the first place. Or if she was going so quick she damaged something in the process. Long story short -- Don't go to Creekside Dental. It is not worth your time.

Nobody likes having a root canal done or teeth removed but let me say.. I was so comfortable getting them done at Creekside. Trevor and his team are the best. I had no fear and was really comfortable getting work done on my teeth. Thanks team!!

This is a great clinic. I cant stand going to the dentist (Nothing personal) but these guys are organized and have high standards. Loved the org. structure and how everything flows in the office. There is a reason for success in business and organization amd structure is the key.

This is a great dental clinic. You'll hear no complaints from me. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and professional. all my appointments have gone over well. I would definitely recommend making this your go to dental clinic.

The hygienist’s are so thorough yet gentle here. In addition to being kind and very friendly, they always check in frequently during the cleaning to make sure your comfortable. Dr Onishenko is also very thorough and detailed in his exam, grateful to have him as our family dentist! They’re so great with kids too!!

After far too long of avoiding the dentist, my nerves were thru the roof ahead of my appointment- but everyone I met from check in, to the end of my appointment were kind, considerate, non judgmental and made sure I was comfortable. Everything was explained to me, and direct bill to my insurance is a huge plus. I'm looking forward to my cleaning in 6 months! Thanks again.

Dr Ramsey is great! Last year I was in his chair a number of times, between regular cleanings, a crown and a chipped tooth, and he is consistently kind, gentle and also very friendly! He explains what he is doing, he always ensures that you are comfortable and he chats with you like you’re one of his old friends. He also has a wonderful staff that have always taken great care of me! And from what I’ve seen, he treats his staff very well, which may not have to do with my dental care, but I appreciate all the same. If you’re looking for a dentist, I HIGHLY recommend him!
