I had the pleasure of using Jay and Creative Contractors to renovate my basement. Jay is an amazing contractor who takes the time to understand your needs and create a plan that delivers and beyond. Quality of workmanship is absolutely brilliant and they do not compromise on the finishes and bringing the vision to reality. I would recommend his services to anyone as you won’t be disappointed.

We found the perfect location (West Kelowna ) & the perfect house (1800 square ft bungalow). Without Jason as our general contractor we would not finally have our dream home. Jason went above & beyond to work with us to meet our expectations & was open to changes. The knowledge needed to work with an existing structure & the hiccups along the way, only comes from experience & we were thankful that he had that experience to deal with all of it. Highly recommend Creative Contractors Okanagan & I can guarantee you that you will be in good honest hands. All that and Jason and his team finished on time and on budget. I will definitely recommend Jason to all my friends and family.

Last year we moved into our first home that desperately needed a renovation. After a few weeks of slowly doing it ourselves we realized that hiring a professional was in our best interest. Looking online we narrowed it down to 2 companies - one being creative design. Jason and I spoke on the phone over our plans . He came by the house within 2 days and walked through our vision with us. He gave us a very fair quote and worked with us to keep it within our budget which we were very impressed with. We couldn’t be happier with how our major renovation turned out. His workers and trades are incredible people. Their personable, professional and clean up everyday!!! Although we didn’t make any major changes , any small changes we requested was done with a smile on their faces. There’s a reason they keep on winning so many awards. We are fortunate to have hired Jason and creative design, especially during this self-isolation period. If you are looking to do any renovation please make sure that creative design is on your list to call. You won’t be disappointed

We hired Jason and his crew to complete our home renovation and we're extremely happy. Jason held our hand the entire way. The project went a little longer than anticipated but that's only because we had changed our mind on a few things but Jason was right there and very understanding and wanted to make sure we were happy first and foremost. All of his guys were very respectful and easy to work with. The workmanship was second to none and I would recommend this company to everyone. Jason even filled our new wine fridge full of wine as a thank you which he did not have to do but we appreciated it! We've loved working with Creative Contractors for our renovation project in West Kelowna! From our very first communication the owner, Jason Haddad, has been extremely responsive, professional, helpful, creative, honest, and friendly. His team are all great, including Brett, Lorne, and Pho. Everyone has been punctual, hard-working, and a pleasure to have in our home and collaborate with on this project. Thanks to all of them, what used to be an ugly old garage is now an awesome media/theatre room! I look forward to working with them again soon, and totally recommend Creative Contractors to anyone in the Okanagan who needs a contractor - they are the best!

We found Jason at Creative Contractors via a recommendation on Facebook. We liked his personality and straightforward talk. He then sent us a proper quote and we got started. Our unfinished basement project had 2 main parts. Finish the entertainment area and finish the bathroom. The entertainment area went off without a hitch. The quality of work is REALLY good! It's my new favorite room in the house. Only one part of the project slowed us down was the bathroom. There were a few things my wife and I didn't particularly like as the build was happening. MDF was used to surround the shower like a border and the vanity didn't align with the wall and the floor because the bathroom floor was not level. We told Jason we didn't like either of these things. No feelings were hurt, Jason said "no problem, let's fix this so that you guys love it"... he then pulled out he MDF border and installed a nice white tile all the way to the ceiling (looks gorgeous). He then had a custom granite countertop created for the vanity so the fit was perfect. All in all, we are extremely happy about the entire project. Jason is sometimes a busy man and can miss some fine details here and there, but he is also a very stand-up guy who fixes mistakes and doesn't groan about it. If you need a small basement reno like mine done quickly. CCO is a good choice. One last thing to mention. The first 2 contractors we tried to hire for this project had very poor communication skills (disappeared for a week at a time with no communication). This is extremely important to us as communication is key to finishing a project properly and timely. While I said that Jason is a busy man, he is also by far the most communicative. He always got back to us promptly and answered our questions in full. I'm willing to bet if I sent him a message this morning, he'd contact me back within an hour or two. Very good stuff.

Jason is wonderful to do work for. His workmanship makes it super easy to do my job. When measuring and installing our shower doors,the walls are plumb and true. Its really hard to find a company with the amazing attention to detail as this company. On top of that dealing with Jason on a buisness level is second to none. Its always a pleasure working with you guys.

Jason from Creative Contractors was recommended to us. Having just moved to the area we have a number of projects that we will need help with over the forthcoming years but our key project for 2021 was to finish drywalling part of the basement that was unfinished and close off a guest suite from direct external access. Jason was always extremely responsive and accommodating as once work commenced we had identified a number of smaller pieces of work we needed doing fairly quickly in advance of having new flooring laid and Jason was able to accommodate these immediately. Jason’s team were all professional and respectful to us and the property. There were some delays in finishing off the final part of the basement but that was due to the supply chain issues we have been having and Jason ensured he kept us up to date and completed the work as soon as the supplies were received. Overall we were extremely happy with our first experience with Jason and his team and look forward to working with him again soon.
