★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible daycare. Un organized my son hated this daycare. Teachers don't know how to discipline the children called me to pick up my son everyday cause he was tired, or miss behaving. Poor communication.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This daycare is very cool looking, I love all the art and decorations! – They try to make it feel special and stimulating for the kids. My baby has been here one year already. This place is clean. Food is well prepared. Teachers are loving, caring and enthusiastic. Very satisfied parents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly and they are accommodating my child's needs very well. They listen and act on my advice but are experienced and knowledgeable to provide a great care for my child on their own as well. My little one has been with them for only a couple of weeks now and he already is very comfortable with his teacher. It means a lot to me if he doesn't scream when I drop him off in the morning even though he is new to the day care.
Even though the friendliness, experience and care provided by the teachers is by far more important to me - in terms of the facility as such there is still room for improvement.The building is not as nice, updated and bright and does not have much sun light in the room but they have a great outdoor area to play during the sunny days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The safety and due care was incredibly poor for the 6 weeks our <1 y/o attended. We arrived for pick up to be greeted by multiple requests to sign off on first aid given to our child for injuries inflicted by others, which none of the carers can provide a satisfactory explanation for.
They took it upon themselves to decide our child needed medication to curb irritable behavior without checking it was actually needed, or that we hadn't administered it ourselves before daycare, or that it wouldn't interfere with any other medications that may have been used. There is also half a bottle of medication we received back that is unaccounted for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing childcare facility like this just cannot be rated high enough. For years, they have loved my children as their own. Each and every single teacher and staff member makes my children feel safe, loved, and happy. Creative Advantage has been a blessing in my life. They have such fun activities for the children in every age group, my baby and toddler always come home with plenty of beautiful crafts. Each program at the Daycare truly caters to the individual needs of the child. Thank you Jen, Kira, Emily, and everybody else!
