We dealt with Sidhu about our first year touch ups and he was wonderful to deal with. Vic and Neet were always quick to reply to our questions with professionalism.

Our excitement for this home turned soured basically as soon as we received the keys. We never actually met anyone except for Frank. I will say Frank was very polite with us so I cannot complain about him. Communication was very poor from the beginning from everyone else. Although it looks very pretty it is very cheaply built. Anytime we asked any questions that they didn't like, they would get extremely defensive, and we were treated very rudely and talked down to. We asked multiple times about our warranty and did not receive our warranty walk through until we threatened to involve our lawyers. Almost one year after buying our house. Our warranty was not even explained to us, even though we asked multiple times. We asked for a meeting, meeting was cancelled then never followed through after. We were promised a cleaning service after an incident. never followed through. We contacted them about broken things. Never followed through. Nothing was followed through until we mentioned our lawyers. Although it is a beautiful house (from afar) , the customer service was not acceptable for as big of a purchase as it was. I truly wish we could say we had the same amazing experience that others have mentioned.

Definitely wont be buying with them again as I don't feel they stand behind the product they sell. Quality of the build is not to an acceptable standard. While the home looks pretty, cheap products were used and corners were clearly cut. Find a better quality team who take more pride in their work

We worked with Neet for almost two years and she accommodated every request that we asked for and exceeded our expectations every time we ran into an issue. Throughout the pandemic there were extreme and unprecedented challenges that we were faced with but Neet remained calm and handled all of our questions and concerns professionally. As soon as construction on the home began the quality and efficiency of the home being built was beyond our expectations. There were little delays and whenever a construction issue came up, Neet was handled it immediately. After moving in now we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the home it was exactly what we had expected and more. I highly recommend anyone looking for a home builder in the Alberta area to reach out to Cranston Homes as their quality and customer service is fantastic.
