★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had done an extensive repair in September on my suburban. Great job and always pleasant to deal with especially Ann!
Now in January I was thinking the coolant was leaking and called them . They said to bring it it that morning and they’d have a look at it. They pressure tested it and checked everything and couldn’t find any leaks or problems. So that’s great news ! I go to pick it up and they’ve washed and detailed the inside ! Now I have 5 kids and that’s a lot of goldfish cracker dust and old bagels from Tim Hortons. Really made my day, I was not expecting that? great customer service and great body work . I just couldn’t be more impressed !

They always take pristine care in their work and understand how important quality is to their customers. Having a car with a unique paint colour and parts that are hard to source, I trust Craftsman to always deliver no matter the case.
Their excellent customer service and quick yet experienced body shop workers always make sure my car is back on the road looking immaculate, just like I like :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car was involved in a hit and run so I contacted Craftsman Collision to have the body work done. They did a great job! Later I noticed that the replaced panel was coming off and took it back for them to have a look at it. They diagnosed the problem and am currently awaiting the part to fix it. I would definitely take my car there again if some terrible driver tried to park next to me at the grocery store and scraped the whole side of my car and then took off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team here did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle and got it done quickly as well. A few months later there was a problem with the trim but they ordered the part and installed it at no charge with no questions asked. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will give 5 star for the good polishing and result on.the side door. However you need be very careful after they done. Y im posting review after the repair done for one year? Well Im about leaving the country and sell my car then those marks that they left while repairing seems much more serious than i thought.
When they repaint the car, they cover the paint while there r water on that and leave so many marks that all over my car. The glue remover wont works, to get rid of those the only option is to polish and cost me another 350 dollars.
