They responded quickly to inquiries, kept us informed on the timelines, touch based periodically to let us know how timing was going, gave ample notice about arrival times and completed work as promised on time and on budget. couldnt ask for more. this is twice now that i have had the exact same high level of service. I have had higher quotes and lower quotes from others but they were the best for attention to detail.

We had interior waterproofing done on one, as there was no easy access to the foundation, and exterior work done at the other....both jobs done very well and for a very fair price. Jim and Steve identified the 3 sources, removed the patio stones, and removed spalled cement from inside, replaced with proper cement. Cemented exterior, tarred, applied both blue skin and plastic membrane to exterior foundation wall. Added limestone screening, replaced patio stones. Not a drop inside during our recent heavy rain. Price was very reasonable. Would not hesitate to contact them in the future.

Tina replied very promptly and arranged for Jim to come out to visit the house and advise me on the scope of work. Jim was very knowledgeable and informed me from the start the scope of work (total excavation of the house perimeter) was something that they no longer do. He did however recommend other reputable companies that do. He was able to educate me further as to what minor things to look at doing myself that may help with any potential leaks and the highly probable reasons that I was getting leaks in the first place. Phenomenal customer service from start to finish, even knowing that I would not be using their services, Jim answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Crackmasters for your needs.

Our semi-detached in Park Royal was always prone to a minor basement leak during snow melt/heavy rain and this re-occurred while trying to sell the house. Timing not great :) Tina calmed me down and dispatched Jim to assess. They live in the same area and know the quirks of these homes built in the 60s. He provided a very reasonable quote which I was able to include in the proposed sale as a guarantee the work would be done. Jim got the work done on budget, on time and as a result we were able to assure the buyers the work would be completed and with an extensive guarantee on the work too. Thanks, Jim and Tina. It's great to support a local company that understands the homes in the area and I see why you have five stars. 100% Recommended.

I called Jim in the morning and they showed up to fill the crack the next day. The crew were very polite, professional and clean. Would not hesitate to call them again.
