We spent thousands here over the past few years but that will stop now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm totally confused, my experience is developing poorly. Bought this pump at the Denver CBC last spring 2019 brought it back and started using it. Beautiful pump in forward, full speed control a great addition to our pump inventory. BUT, here comes the problem. It will not run in reverse, overload trip immediately. Contacted Don, the owner from what I am told, and he walked me through making adjustments to the program . That did not happen, so he said he would get back with me. After some time, days, I called him back. Another attempt to adjust the controller program. This did not work again. He said he would get back with me. Fast ward, I contacted the speed controllers engineer department, Genise. We went thought several controller adjustments. He asked me to tell him what the amp readings were on the read out of the controller in forwards and reverse. Normal amp draw in forward but triple in reverse. The engineer said "you got a motor problem" . I don't know about you other guys but I left another message yesterday for Don early in the their day and no reply yet. Thanks for this opportunity everyone wishing you a wonderful day.
January 2020, now and still this is not resolved. Don sent me a complete new VFD controller with a remote at my request back in November. Had a electrician install it. Called Don to help set the operating perimeters which he did, here is the "but" again, the pump still will not work in reverse. Plus the remote only works to turn the pump on and off, no speed control. All I'm asking for is please help me fix it. I have to be honest about Don, he tries when you are lucky to get a hold of him, the problem is he drops the ball and does not follow up . 11 months and counting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had equipment from CPE for over 3 years. A part broke on our digital drive (our fault, not theirs). When the new one came and I was struggling with the programming, Don called me and was able to quickly resolve it. Super helpful and great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with customer service and support has been great! When I had to call for assistance with pump settings the response was fast and accurate. They also overnighted me additional pump seals to troubleshoot an leak issue at no cost. You definitely get great support by purchasing their pumps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a new customer to CPE and desperately needed a crucial part for my line filler pump motor. I had gone on line and ordered and then realized part would not be available for a week. I called Don at CPE he took my part information, found a suitable replacement that would work for my system and that was in stock and then offered to get it shipped overnight to make sure our production line was not down. Incredible customer service and I am a first time customer!!! I would highly recommend CPE, great company with great people and great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don Byres has been an amazing person to work with at CPE Systems. We have a mobile and a fixed pump from them as well as a heat exchanger. They have been in use constantly since 2015 and I have never had a whisper of a problem. Replaced the seals on both pumps after a few years and they operate like new. Can't recommend highly enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a few times in the last few years with CPE, but after this last one I'm done -- I simply cannot recommend them. After purchasing a brand new VFD Drive six months ago that failed without explanation, CPE's answer was "sorry, we don't make them so you'll have to take it up with the manufacturer." The manfacturer (KB Electronics) told me "Sorry, we only make them, it's up to CPE to support them. Your best bet to get a working unit quickly is to just buy another one." As a small business struggling through COVID with everyone else, being told to "just buy another one" isn't something I'm keen to do when I've already spent good money on it.
