The worst daycare ever. My son's previous daycare teacher already warned me about this place as she herself had sent her kids here previously. My son attended for 2 horrible months last summer. At first I thought it was a good and safe place as they have their own yard and so, by around 4pm (could be earlier sometimes) they would bring the kids out to play and for parents to pick up (and probably lock everything inside to clean early). As you know, it is still hot at 4PM if you stay out and I was advised to put sunscreen before my son gets to the daycare in the morning (sunscreen needs to be reapplied as it already loses its effect after 2 hours) and they did not want me to leave the sunscreen for them to apply it later on. He was around 16 months and the poor guy would go home dripping with sweat and with his red face. It was 2 long months of no report how my son was doing except for when I pick him up and I always see him crying, they still say he had a good day. He would always come home hungry and very thirsty so I make sure he always had good snacks in the car. In the morning before we even get to the parking lot, he would know where we were going and would start to cry. The deal breaker was when I finally came to the daycare a bit early one day and the educator was just about to bring the kids out to the yard. One of the kids started to walk 2 steps away from the door and the teacher just dragged her arm causing the kid to fall on her butt directly on the cement floor. The kid didn't cry but what I saw couldn't be more horrible for a parent to see how rough that was for a kid. And I was right in front of them and the teacher didn't care I was there. Luckily, on the same day this happened, I got a call from a very reputable daycare with caring teachers and amazing staff. 2 weeks onto this new place, my son is no longer crying going to the daycare, he looks happy when I pick him up. So I am sure it was not because my son was still adjusting after 2 months in this horrible place, it was the way they are treating them, only God knows what happens after you walk out their door and leave your kid in their care. Even the director spoke to me as if I was a kid totally without respect. I contacted this daycare during tax month to get my tax slips from their daycare and after 2 emails where they confirmed it was sent, I am still waiting to receive it. It has been 3 months since. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO THIS DAY CARE. IT IS NOTHING BUT HORRIBLE.
